Fittings

Hanson offers concrete cylinder pipe and steel pipe fittings in all standard diameters, as we manufacture a complete range of standard and custom fittings for all of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, elbows, adaptors, eccentric and concentric reducers, tees, wyes, crosses, headers, etc. At Hanson, our motto is: “If you can draw it, we can design it and manufacture it.” Power plant cooling systems take a lot of complex turns, but Hanson will design and fabricate the desired fittings to meet your project requirements. Each fitting is coated and lined in accordance with your specifications and the applicable standards. Our fittings make complex systems simpler to install with minimum field cutting or tapping.

Joints

For concrete pressure pipe, Hanson offers several pipe and joint designs, including restrained and testable joints. This is in addition to the rubber O-ring-gasketed bell and spigot joint, the patented Snap Ring® and the two-part harnessed clamp restrained joint.

For steel pipe Hanson offers our Carnegie spigot/expanded bell joint, bell & spigot/lap-welded joint and butt-welded joint.
